Obituary of Frank Stepnoski

Frank Stepnoski Jr. age 62, of Malone, NY, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022, at Champlain Valley Physician Hospital after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer. As per his wishes, there will be no services but a small visitation for those who wish to pay their respects, on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, from 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM at Frary Funeral Home in Malone. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home. Frank was born January 2, 1960, in Greenport, NY to Frank T. Stepnoski and Doris S. Thilberg Stepnoski. He graduated from Mattituck- Cutchogue School District in Mattituck, NY in 1978. He later attended Canton ATC. On April 29, 1984, Frank married Catherine Tyler in Mattituck, NY at the Mattituck Presbyterian Church. While living on Long Island, Frank worked as a plumber. After moving up to Westville in 1997, he owned a farm and greenhouses with his wife Catherine. Frank later worked for the Malone Central School District. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandson. Mr. Stepnoski is survived by his wife, Catherine Stepnoski of Malone, NY; his mother, Doris Stepnoski of Cutchogue, NY; his sons, Benjamin Stepnoski of Malone, NY and Jason Stepnoski his companion Mackenzie Tresidder of Moira, NY; his daughter, Alexandria Scott and her husband Jason of Malone, NY; a grandson, River Michael Stepnoski; his sisters, Janice Stepnoski, Kathleen Conrad and her husband James, and Diana Brincat and her husband Christopher; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
