Obituary of Joshua Roger Carr

Joshua R. Carr, age 34, of Rouses Point, NY, passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. Burial will take place at a later date at Notre Dame Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Frary Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Joshua is survived by his parents, Donald Carr of Florida and Candace Savage and her husband, Jody, of Ogdensburg; his brothers, Jason Carr of Ogdensburg and Donald Shoen and his wife, Karly, of Canton; three stepsisters and a stepbrother; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Brian Shoen and his grandparents, Clarence and Judith Shoen. Joshua was born on March 29, 1988 in Ogdensburg, NY, the son of Donald Carr and Candace (Shoen) Savage. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy in 2008. After leaving Ogdensburg, Joshua moved to Florida and later settled in Rouses Point, NY.
