Obituary of Sheila R. Russell

Sheila R. (Dishaw) Russell, age 78, of Morristown, NY, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Per her request, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. A resident of Morristown, NY. Daughter of Joseph N. Dishaw and Catherine E. LaJoy. Sheila is survived by a daughter, Stacy (Olon) Rowe of Morristown, NY; a grandson, Aaron Rowe; a granddaughter, Julia Rowe Brown; two great granddaughters, Evelyn Brown and Cora Brown; and a nephew, John R. Dishaw. Sheila is predeceased by her husband, Ralph J. Russell; a son, Michael Ripley; a brother, Arthur (“Ky Dishaw”) DesChamps; parents, Catherine and Joseph Dishaw.
