To Wanda and the Dorchak family, on behalf of the board of directors of the Salute Military Golf Association (www.smga.org), please accept our sincere condolences upon Frank's passing. We are indebted to Frank and Wanda for starting our first official chapter of the NY Adirondack Chapter of the SMGA. in the upper NY region. Today, the Adirondack chapter continues to support our post 9/11 combat veterans. Frank will be sorely missed but the memory of his devotion to veterans lives on.
Warmest Regards, Brian J Finan, SMGA National, Silver Spring, Maryland.

Frank taught me that my life of service didn’t have to end once I retired from the military. He got me involved with the SMGA, and I am eternally thankful to him for getting back out on the course. He was also instrumental in inspiring me to begin working with other veterans suffering with PTSD, through Homeward Bound Adirondacks. You will be greatly missed my brother. We shall see each other again in Valhalla! Rest now, your watch is over. I love you my brother. RLTW/DOL

Dear Wanda, family and friends of Frank’s,
On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans, we offer our sincere condolences at Frank’s passing. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are always saddened whenever a fellow “Bubblehead” departs on Eternal Patrol. He served with honor on the USS Sailfish SSR-572, USS Irex SS-482, USS Threadfin SS-410 and USS Triton SSN-586.
To our “Brother-of-the-Phin” we say, “Sailor, rest your oar. We have the watch. Fair Winds and Following Seas.” Thank you for your service to our country.
Wanda and family… “may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way. The Lord be with you.” 2 Thessalonians 3:16 (ESV).
Jim Sandman, FTC(SS) Ret,
National Chaplain, USSVI.
