Obituary of Theresa Recore

Theresa Chapple Recore age 82 of Malone, NY, passed away Friday morning, January 28, 2022 at the Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone, NY. A burial will take place in the spring at St. John Bosco Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home. Theresa was born October 6, 1939 in Schyler Falls, NY to the late Joseph Chapple and Grace Decker Chapple. She started working for Malone Central Schools as a house keeper. After, she worked 22 years at the Alice Hyde Medical Center as a laundry clerk. On January 19, 1958 she married Charles E. Recore at St. John Bosco Church in Malone. He predeceased her on November 12, 2011. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, the casino, and word puzzle books. Mrs. Recore is survived by her son Charles E. Recore Jr. and his wife Tina of Constable, NY; four daughters, Robin Lane and her husband Darrell of Constable, NY, Tammy Lane of Malone, NY, Susan Jock and her husband Terry of Albuquerque, NM, and Kim Warner and her husband Harold of Burke, NY; ten grandchildren; and ten great- grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Grace Chapple; her husband, Charles E. Recore Sr.; her sisters Nancy Nichols and Elsie Fleury; a son in law, Charles Lane; and two infant grandchildren, Cadance and Olivia Lane. Condolences may be made online at fraryfuneralhomes.com.
