Obituary of Tonya J. Howe

Tonya J. Howe, age 52, passed away on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. Tonya is survived by her loving children, Kaila Howe and her significant other, Brittany Scott, of Florida, Russell Howe Jr. and his wife, Courtney Howe, of Florida, Amanda Donelick and her significant other, Jake Harris, of New York, Scott Donelick of Florida, and Bo Montes of Florida; six grandchildren, Madalyn Smith, Hayden Smith, Zayden Smith, Anna Howe, Emma Howe, and Russell Howe; her sisters, Cheryl Coen-Perez and her husband of Illinois, Frances Lord and her husband, Jeanie Rorabaugh and her husband, Kimberly Ader and her husband, and Terry Garcia, all of Florida, and her companion Richard Goolden of New York. Tonya was predeceased by her loving mother, Aletha Coen, her father Garrett Coen, and two brothers, Gary Coen and Vonnie Coen. Tonya was born the daughter of the late Garrett M. and Aletha Leasure Coen on November 29, 1969, in Akron, OH. Tonya worked hard taking care of her home and her children. Tonya was an avid outdoorswoman, who enjoyed ice fishing, camping, cookouts, and lounging at local swimming holes.
