Obituary of Roman Marcus Willard

Roman M. Willard passed away on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Arrangements are under the care and supervision of Frary Funeral Home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. He is survived by his parents Mark Willard and Karen Place, of Ogdensburg, NY; two brothers, Kane Willard and Adrien Place, of Ogdensburg, NY; three sisters, Kara Willard and Markie Willard, of Ogdensburg, NY, and Kristen Skelly of Tupper Lake, NY; and Grandparents Kevin and his wife, Mary Whitney, of Ogdensburg, NY.
