Obituary of Joseph Gerald Mallette

Calling hours for Joseph Gerald Mallette, III, age 35, of Ogdensburg, NY, will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021, from 11:00AM to 2:00PM at Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. There will be no funeral services at this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Homes. Mr. Mallette passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 27, 2021. Joseph is survived by his loving girlfriend, Jenn Davison of Ogdensburg, NY; his three children, Amira, Alaylah and Tatum Mallette and the mother of his children, Nicole Tulip, all of Ogdensburg, NY; his parents, Wendy Martin of Ottawa, ON and Joseph Mallette of Ogdensburg, NY; his brothers, Jon Martin and his wife, Jennifer Prescott, of Ottawa, ON; Jason Martin and his wife, Cori Sambell, of Kemptville, ON and Joshua Mallette and his wife, Melvina, of Ottawa, ON; maternal grandmother, Mavis Martin, of Merrickville, ON; nieces and nephews; Jaiden Martin, Lucas and Taygen Martin, Zoe and Zackary Mallette as well as many cousins. Joseph is predeceased by his maternal grandfather, John Martin, paternal grandfather, Joseph Gerald Mallette, I and paternal grandmother, Jean Ray Mallette. Joseph was born on July 17, 1985, in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, the son of Joseph Gerald Mallette II and Wendy Elizabeth Martin. He attended Merivale High school. Joseph enjoyed watching rap battles and UFC, spending time with his family, listening to music, loved animals, and was always thinking of other people. Joey took anyone as they were, he never judged and would give the shirt off his back.
