Obituary of Marvin Lyle Phillips

Marvin Lyle Phillips, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Monday April 5, 2021 at his home. Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary- Spaulding Funeral Home. Marvin was born December 21, 1958 to the late Jay D. Phillips and Joanne Downer Phillips in the village of Malone. He was survived by his brothers, William Phillips of Malone, Jack (Lorrie) Phillips of Waterbury, CT, and Herbert (April) Phillips of Brushton; his sisters, Betsy (James) Whitney, Jill Cayea and her companion David Reome, Beaulah Wilcox and her companion John Bessey, Gwendolyn Rich, and Eleanor Douglass all of Malone, many nieces and nephews, and cousins. Marvin was predeceased by his parents, Jay and Joanne Phillips and his brother Jay Phillips Jr. Marvin enjoyed his dog Roscoe and fishing. Condolences can be made at fraryfuneralhomes.com.
