Obituary of Barbara Isabelle MacNeill

Barbara Isabelle MacNeill, age 89 passed away Saturday morning February 27th, 2021, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. MacNeill was born November 6th, 1931 to the late George Dean and Ethel Cahill in Paterson, N.J. Barbara married the love of her life, Alfred MacNeill Jr. on January 25, 1951 whom predeceased her. Barbara worked at Marshalls as a clerk in Wayne, N.J. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as traveling, shopping, gardening, crocheting and reading. Barbara is survived by her children Alfred III (Raynelle) MacNeill, Glenn MacNeill, Dale MacNeill (Carol), Barbara Hart (Shannon), Tracy Sweeney (Steve); grandchildren Aimee, Alfred IV, Laine, Darcie, Arianna, Korinna, Dale II, Kyle, Felicia, Dustin, Cassidy; and 19 Great Grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Alfred MacNeill Jr.; parents George and Ethel Dean; 9 brothers; and 3 sisters. Please join us in celebrating her life on March 1, 2021 between 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Frary- Spaulding Funeral Home in Malone, NY. A burial will take place in the spring at Morningside Cemetery in Malone. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary- Spaulding Funeral Home.
