Obituary of Jeffrey David Bresett

Jeffrey David Bresett, age 45, of Canton, NY and formerly of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. There will be no funeral services or calling hours at this time. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. Jeffrey is survived by his three children, Justin Bresett of Florida, Marcus Bresett of Ogdensburg, NY and Chelsea White of Ogdensburg, NY; his mother, Dixie Trew and her husband, Christopher, of Oswego, NY; his sister, Angela Lynn Grimshaw of Clayton, NY; his paternal grandmother, Lois Bresett of Ogdensburg, NY; a grandson, Maverick, one niece, nephews and many aunts, uncles & cousins. He is predeceased by his father, Jeffrey Bresett and his paternal grandfather, Percy Bresett and maternal grandparents, Frederick and Evelyn M. Kinch. Jeffrey was born on February 20, 1975, in Ogdensburg, NY, the son of Jeffrey L. Bresett and Dixie Kinch. He attended Morristown Central School and Ogdensburg Free Academy. Jeffrey was employed seasonally by Jacque Cartier State Park and worked at various farms in the Ogdensburg area. Jeffrey enjoyed bringing his niece and nephews camping, fishing, and hiking and doing mechanical work until he became disabled. His family was his pride and joy.
