So sad to learn so late about Frank's passing. I served with Frank in the Coast Guard, and worked side-by-side with him aboard ship, including our deployment to Vietnam. I considered Frank to be one of my best friends, and we frequently spent time together off duty. On several occasions years later, my family and I visited him at the Blue Jay Campsite and enjoyed meeting his parents. Frank was a terrific guy. So sorry we weren't able to connect better in our later years. He will be sorely missed.

Our sincere condolences to the Scotti family. Frank and Sue were genuine people. We camped on site 90 for over 40 years from the time our boys were small. They use to visit the store and fishing store - buying homemade fishing lures! Many a summers were spent there chatting with Frankie and Sue - the 4th of July fireworks on the beach...truly sincere and caring family. Many a game of volley ball was played on their playground - while the little ones made themselves sick on "merry go round".
The meticulous albums and pictures Frank posted of the boys catches I am certain are still in the albums - we use to look at them all the time.
God bless - may fond memories shared keep your families strong through these difficult times.

My condolences to the entire Scotti family. I have so many memories of Blue Jay and Frank and Sue, Art and Adlele. We spent out entire summers there at Blue Jay and what a thrill to ride around on the dump truck and getting picked to go to the dump and see the bears. Our family felt we were part of the Scotti family. My grandpa was Gramps to all there and was a fixture at the store for so many years helping out in so many ways - splitting wood, getting ice, doing the nightly garbage pick up. The Scotti “s and Blue Jay will always be a part of me and in my memories. Hugs to all - Linda Blair Garrett

I only knew Frank from Adirondack Educational Center (BOCES). After his morning bus run he'd come into the faculty room and entrance me with his stories on my way to the office. Always a smile and a laugh. May the good memories of those who miss Frank carry them through the rough times.

We never knew Frank but feel we knew him because of his loving daughter Sarah. Frank adored his children and grandchildren above all. He was an example of courage and will as he never gave up the fight to battle his illness. May God grant him eternal rest.
