Demers Family, I am so sorry to hear of Hector's passing. He was my neighbor for many years and was so kind and sweet. Whenever I was outside, he would call me over to our mutual fence, in order to hand me over fresh apples or strawberries. Hector will be deeply missed by many.
Sincerely, Tina Demo

We were very sorry to hear of Hec's passing. We will always remember his charming smile and wit. I will always be reminded of the hunting trips to the tier and many conversations at Beaver Pond Club in his "warm" log cabin. He will be missed. Bill & Janet Leary

It is with great sadness that I read of Hector's passing. I don't know of a kinder or sweeter soul. I first met Hector when my Dad contacted him to help a family friend that needed some guidance. Hector gently persuaded this friend to accept the help that he needed. Hector always brought a smile to everyone's face with his quick witted one liners from the last pew at Notre Dame on Sunday mornings and especially his comments on the length of the sermons! When everyone would turn around to look at him, he always had a sheepish grin and a twinkle in his eye! He was a man of deep faith and accepted all the twists and turns that life sent his way. Hector, you will always be remembered and many you now rest in God's peace.
