Obituary of Peggy Joyce Houle

Peggy J. Houle, 79, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2020 at the Alice Hyde Medical Center. Friends and family may call at the Frary- Spaulding Funeral Home Friday September 11, 2020 from 9A.M. until time for the memorial service at 11A.M. with Pastor Roger Preve officiating. Entombment will be held at a later date at Whispering Maples. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary- Spaulding Funeral Home. Mrs. Houle was born April 2, 1941 in Lyon Mountain, NY to the late Raymond Bruso and Maude Blair. Peggy worked as a clerk for the Franklin County Housing Council in Malone, NY. Peggy married Robert Houle on November 15, 1983 in Ellenburg Depot, NY. Peggy is survived by her four daughters Melinda Regan of Malone, NY, Terry Rivers of Malone, NY, Trudy and her husband Charles Knecht of Hernado, FL, and William and Vicky Cabarallo of Camarillo, CA; her brothers, James Bruso of Connecticut; her sisters Marjorie Peryea of North Bangor, NY, Patricia Ormsbee of Connecticut, and Isabelle McNiel of Alabama; twelve grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Peggy is predeceased by her husband Robert Houle; her brother Bernard Bruso, Ray Bruso, Glenn Bruso, Leonard Bruso, Myers and Lorraine Bruso; and her sisters Betty Rascoe and Dorothy Houle.
