Obituary of Lester K. McGaw

Lester K. “Rusty” McGaw, age 72, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 10, 2020 at Claxton Hepburn Medical Center. Per his request, there will be no calling hours or funeral services. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg. Lester is survived by his companion, Martha Gibson, of Ogdensburg, NY; a son, Craig McGaw of Ogdensburg, NY; a brother, William McGaw of North Carolina and nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by a sister, Anne McGaw and three brothers, Edward McGaw, Robert McGaw and Ronny McGaw. Lester was born on March 6, 1948, in Ogdensburg, NY, the son of Kenneth and Marjorie (Rayburn) McGaw. He graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy and later Canton ATC. Lester worked for Corkins Roofing Company in Ogdensburg until become disabled.
