Obituary of Rita May Corrow

A Funeral Mass for Rita May Corrow will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 10:00AM with Father Douglas Decker. Rita passed away on May 21, 2020 at her home in Tupper Lake. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Frary-Stuart Funeral Home. Rita is survived by her three sons, Raynard Corrow, and his wife, Cynthia, of Indian Lake, Greg Corrow, and his wife, Mary of Ellsworth, Maine, and Larry Corrow, and his companion, Keven Brown of Tupper Lake; three grandchildren, Jessie Corrow, Richard Corrow and his companion, Amanda Nolan, Joseph Corrow, and his fiancé, Ashley Loving; sisters Alice LaFlamme, Brenda Hoffman, Ceclile and Mary Jane; brothers Harold Exware, Donald Exware, Ronald Exware and Frederick Exware. She is predeceased by her husband, Maurice; sisters, Thelma, Janet and Patricia, and; brothers Herman, Eugene, Roger and Francis; a granddaughter, Danielle Corrow; and her late companion, Roy Dupuis. Rita was born on July 8, 1936, in Amsterdam, NY, daughter of David and Hazel St. Amour Exware. Rita attended the Tupper Lake High School. She married Maurice Corrow on July 2, 1955 at Holy Name Church with Father Alfred Chevalier officiating. Rita and Maurice had three children, Raynard Corrow, Greg Corrow, and Larry Corrow. Rita enjoyed going for walks, gardening and taking care of her plants. She also loved reminiscing over old family photos.
