I was so very lucky to meet Diana when she came to Maryland to fight her illness at NIH. She was so fun and a bright light!
I looked forward to seeing her every time she came to Maryland! Di introduced me to her sister Judy , Who live close to me in Maryland. We all had some very fun times together. She fought so very hard! She wanted to Live and she enjoyed life more than anyone I have ever met. She was so very happy to have her grandchildren, Di talked about them so much I felt I knew them.
Di gave me a fridge magnet that said " You will always be my friend, you know to much!! " I hope we will meet again one day Di.. I love you girl and miss you so very much! I will always be your friend, and am so happy to have had the time together we had.
Till we meet again,
Your special friend!
Barbara

Tim, Judy and Michele I am so very sorry to hear this. Even as our lives take us in different directions our childhood friends and memories remain. My heart goes out to all of you. I’m keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
