Ma Enos posted a condolence
Tuesday, July 21, 2020
Please accept our deepest condolences. We met Charlie camping at Lake Durant 15 years or so ago, and found we had mutual interests - the Dacks, canoeing, the great outdoors, and we shared many encouraging conversations about nature and the Bible. When he moved to TL, we would stop to visit him every year. Unfortunately we did not get to see him last year and learned he had passed away when a letter came back. He appreciated knowing that our Creator has better things in store - a time when "no resident will say, 'I am sick'", and that Jehovah God promises a time when we will return to our "youthful vigor". We will be delighted to see the fulfillment of Jesus' words at John 5 28-29: "'the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out...to a resurrection.'" This is so assured, Jesus even said, "'do not marvel at this.'" We can be so happy that Charlie will be returned to us and be able to enjoy life as God meant it to be because God promised that "death will be no more." (Isaiah 33:24 , Job 33:25 , Revelation 21:4)
