Obituary of Dorothy Marie Haggart

Dorothy (Rolfe) Haggart, age 75, of Ogdensburg, NY, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2019 at CVPH in Plattsburgh, NY with family by her side.  Arrangements are incomplete at this time but remain under the care of Frary Funeral Home, Ogdensburg.  

Dorothy was born on March 12, 1944 the daughter of John and Rosella (Dier) Rolfe.  She graduated from Ogdensburg School Systems and attended Mater Dei College with an interest in social work.  She worked at St. Joseph's Nursing Home for a short period. 

Dorothy is survived by a son, Jamin Haggart and his companion, Amy Burwell; three grandchildren, Jerzy Lynn Haggart, Josie Freeman, of Depeyster, and Taner Haggart, of Blake Lake; a half brother and sister, John Rolfe and Martha Williamson, both of Arkansas.  She was predeceased by her siblings, Helena Mashaw, Josie Menard, Blanche Morely, Benton Rolfe, James Rolfe, and a half brother, Harold Rolfe.  

Dorothy was the family historian and enjoyed genealogy.  She also enjoyed her grandchildren and visiting family and friends, going to bingo and her little dog, Ginger.
